Concrete Breaking & Crushing

A.R.T runs a comprehensive range of specific demolition tools and machines. We operate concrete breakers, crackers and pulverisers for machines from 1.5 tons up to 46 tons. Concrete cracking has major advantages over breaking; specifically, a lack of repetitive breaker noise and less vibration.

Concrete cracking is generally more acceptable for continued use within public areas and anyone near the demolition works. We also run the RM range of Mobile Impact Crushers which have the capacity of large machines but with “compact” dimensions.

We usually crush all rubble on site and no matter how small the location, can bring in our crushers via a hooklift truck.

Our largest crusher is capable of crushing 220 tons an hour and gives a superior cubic grain due to the “impacting action” as opposed to a jaw crusher. Impact crushed material is generally worth 50-100% more than jaw crushed materials. We can also recycle tarmac to provide a usable product.

We also have onboard screens that fit direct to our RM crushers to produce a 40mm down or 20mm down product.
