A.R.T. has completed many successful contracts on behalf of Sainsbury’s and this was no exception. The works involved the full demolition of JSR, existing entrance, cash office, ATM and toilet facilities, as well as most of the rear walls etc.

As with all our retail contracts, the demolition works were undertaken in a live environment.

Working with the store and the public with extra banksmen, time limits on our works and general extra hands-on management with permits and surveys were employed.
