A.R.T. Demolition conducted the demolition of this building which ran along the side of a main road in the village of Scothern.

After A.R.T Demolition conducted the R&D asbestos survey demolition could commence.

This included asbestos removal from several buildings on the site, demolition of the main house and surrounding outhouses and tree removal.

A.R.T. Demolition took extra care whilst demolishing the brick build house and outhouse as the bricks were saved for re-use.

A.R.T. Demolition used their JS220 to demolish the buildings, a lot of work was done by hand. Work was completed within a week. extra care was taken due to the close proximity of the house to the road.
