A.R.T. Demolition were contacted to this site to remove the concrete slab to make way for a new retail park, the building which was an old fizzy drinks factory had previously been demolished.

The site consisted of 15,000 square metres of concrete.

After removing the floor slab we then crushed all material on site resulting in 1/3 Type 1 and 2/3 6F2. This is then recycled by using the crushed material in the sub base for the new buildings.

We used our Rubble Master RM90 Crusher, 35ton Excavator and 2x 20ton Excavators.

Site was ready for the rebuild to commence within 6 weeks of A.R.T. Demolition starting work.

Heavy breakers and ripper tooth attachment were used to grub out all structural concrete down to 1 metre.
